Entry level job oppurtunities in start ups like Commonfloor.com - The Week

As the recruitment season is on its way, "The Week" identified some of the entry level job opportunities which will be in demand by the freshers and experienced employees in its recent MaRS Hot Jobs Survey.

In the survey, Commonfloor.com also got a mention as it is a start up which promises lot of oppurtunities for the newly passed students and freshers. Speaking to the correspondent, Sumit Jain, CEO of commonfloor.com, said that "Working in a start up forces you to push your limits and do what you would never expect yourself capable of.

While working for a big company one learns the existing processes and the so-called best practices, at a start up one learns to create new processes and optimise."
